Location: Home-based role – commutable to Glasgow, Leeds or Manchester and surrounding areas with travel.
What will you do as a Risk Associate?
As an Associate in Risk, you’ll be supporting the delivery of risk engineering and our prevention services proposition across the business.
As you’d expect from a training programme, there’s a blend of learning and working. You’ll learn from experts, have your own mentor, and work on a wide range of risk management-related projects.
This is a three-year programme where for the first year you will follow our in-house technical training plan and complete your Cert CII (Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance). This will see you learn the fundamentals of risk management. In years two and three, you will move on to your Diploma in Insurance, whilst gaining a wider understanding of different aspects of risk management.
